INTERFACE BRACKET - The Interface Bracket is machined from 1/4" thick high-grade
aluminum. (4) 4mm holes are drilled and tapped to accommodate the 100mm x 100mm
VESA interface. (4) 1/4" holes are drilled and tapped to receive the bumpers that keep
the adapter snug to the stand of the iMac. A 50mm hole is machined to receive the Nut &
Bolt assembly through the cable hole of the stand. The bracket is then finished with a
durable powder-coat finish.

The Nut & Bolt assembly is manufactured from aircraft quality aluminum and hard coat
anodized for better wearability.  The Nut & Bolt assembly is hollow to allow for the hole to
still function as a cable organizer.
NUT & BOLT FASTENER SYSTEM - The Nut & Bolt assembly is CNC turned from a 3-1/4" solid
round of aircraft quality aluminum, the above pictures show the Many details completed. The parts
are then hard coat anodized and neoprene o-rings are fitted.
SPACER - The Spacer is used for the 20"
iMac Aluminum Model and is CNC turned
from a solid round Delrin.
iMac VESA Adapter Kit - COMPONENTS
BUMPERS - Bumpers are fabricated
from 1/4" round solid steel, then black
oxide. Black plastic protectors are
included.
INSTALLATION KIT - The Installation Kit includes: directions, (4)
4mm x 12mm mount screws with lock washers, (1) tool, and (2)
neoprene pads.
Our goal was to develop a VESA mount adapter kit for the Apple iMac computer that was both
functional and esthetically suitable. This VESA mount adapter was created to fill a void for Apple
iMac users to allow for the mounting of their iMac computer models that were otherwise
considered VESA non-compliant or unmountable. To provide more value to the user, the VESA
mount kit needed to be interchangeable with all 17", 20", and now with the new iMac 21.5"
models.

We designed the VESA mount to bolt directly to the stand of the Apple iMac. Although the
stands are different in width between the 17" and 20" iMac models, the cable hole is the same
size for both. With the newer iMac 20" and 21.5", the stand is the same size as with the previous
20" iMac, but the cable hole has been slightly modified. We address this modification with a
Delrin insert included with every VESA mount kit.

With the VESA mount attached, your iMac now complies with the VESA MIS-D, 100, C version
specification and will connect to any VESA-compliant wall mount or articulating mount system
having a 100 x 100 mm interface. When using a wall mount, your mount system must provide at
least 2" of clearance from the wall to allow room for the iMac stand.

Note: VESA wall mount, articulating arm and Apple iMac computers are not included.
